Dr. Marcel Reichart was born 1972 in Germany. He studied economic sciences and history in Koblenz (WHU), Lyon, Washington D.C. and Rome. During his doctorate, he acted as advisor to former German Federal Minister of Economy Dr. Otto Graf Lambsdorff.
In 2000, Dr. Reichart co-built the European media incubator Venturepark formed by Pixelpark, Goldman Sachs and Telefónica as well as its investments. Since 2002, Dr. Reichart has been with Hubert Burda Media, initially as Chief of the Publisher’s Staff and Director of Business Development. Together with Stephanie Czerny, he is Managing Director Research & Development, Marketing and Communications at Hubert Burda Media as well as co-founder and co-host of DLD.
Reichart is a former scholar of the German National Merit Foundation and a Young Leader of the Atlantik-Brücke. In 2005, he was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

Samir Arora founded Glam Media to create a better way for brand advertisers to connect with their audiences on the Web. Arora was previously the chairman of Emode/Tickle, Inc, which was later sold to Monster in June 2004. Prior to that, Arora was chairman and CEO of NetObjects, Inc. where he drove the creation of the first web site building product NetObjects Fusion. Arora also currently serves as chairman of Information Capital LLC, a venture-capital fund based in Woodside, Calif.
Edwards joined NIKE in 1992 as a Regional Marketing Manager and has held senior marketing positions in the Americas, the Europe/Middle East/Africa region, the U.S. and Global Brand Management. During his career he has led some of the brand’s most significant breakthrough innovations, including spearheading the creation of Nike+. Edwards helped transform the digital landscape and position Nike as a leader in the use of social media to connect with consumers.
Prior to NIKE, Mr. Edwards was with the Colgate-Palmolive Company.

Andrew Robertson was named Chief Executive Officer of BBDO Worldwide in May of 2004, having been made President of BBDO Worldwide in 2002. In 2001, Mr. Robertson was President and CEO of BBDO North America and was subsequently elected to the Worldwide Board of Directors of BBDO.
Nizan Guanaes, born in 1958, is one of Brazil’s leading communications entrepreneurs and the chairman of Grupo ABC de Comunicação, ranked as 20th among the biggest Marketing Communications groups worldwide by Advertising Age – May 2010, and headquarted in São Paulo, Brazil.
